1. The service

Merchant Stock Management System ("the Service") provides inventory, order, credit, and commission management for merchants and their teams.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Each merchant's data is isolated to their tenant.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Suspended accounts retain their data for 90 days.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful activity, no attempts to access other tenants' data, no abuse of SMS quotas.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
